Refund Policy

Just as our customers do, we, as a distributor build trust and loyalty with our reputations. Simply put - we do not leave our customers in the lurch. We want you to know you can count on us for every order. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll do what we need to in order make it right, up to the full cost of the original order.

If your order is late due to a mistake by the shipper (FedEx, UPS, etc.), and you used our shipping services, we will pursue the shipper for a refund of the shipping costs and pass it on to you. 

If your order had a typo or artwork error when it was submitted to us, we will do our best to try to find a reasonable solution for all parties. We do require proof approval on all orders in order to catch any typos or discrepancies. Once the artwork is approved and production has started, artwork changes become very difficult to implement, however, we will do what we can to help rectify the situation.
